How does automatic billing work?
Your credit or debit card is charged automatically on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment. If a charge fails, we'll notify you and retry within a few days.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Membership includes a 6-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
Can I apply membership fees toward other services?
Yes. Up to two months of membership fees may be combined and applied toward a surgical or non-surgical service. Speak with the team for details on how credits work.
Can I upgrade my membership tier?
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time. The new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle. Downgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis after your minimum commitment period.
What if I need to pause my membership?
We understand life happens. Pauses may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact the team to discuss your situation and we'll work with you.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. Membership is open to both new and existing patients. If you're new to RG Aesthetic, membership is a great way to start with a structured maintenance plan.
How do I book my monthly service?
